BOOST YOUR BRAIN POWER PROGRAM:

Prevent and Even Reverse Early Dementia

with Dr. Loreen Dawson, BSc, Naturopathic Physician

The goal of naturopathic medicine is to improve and restore health.  Even in difficult conditions, such as dementia, a naturopathic approach can be used to prevent, and even reverse the early stages of disease.  In this 6-week class, we will work as a group to identify risk factors for each person, and talk about how to correct those risks.  Step by step, you will develop your own personalized dementia prevention program.

Topics covered:

  • risk factors, and how to identify your own risks

  • important blood work to get done, optimal values and how to achieve them

  • optimal diet, eating patterns, gut health

  • figuring out the best exercise and brain exercise plan for you

  • stress management and improving sleep

  • understanding all the causes of inflammation and how to reduce them

  • balancing hormones, testing for and eliminating heavy metals, reducing toxins

  • useful supplements for each individual (not one size fixes all)

Registration is necessary, as the class is limited to 12 individuals.

Cost is $250 per person or $437 per couple.
